Westfield

We transformed the Westfield Shops at Mission Valley into a shopping and dining destination. With the masonry trim, extensive stone work, and exterior metal trellises, we gave the building a distinctive look that’s both fresh and welcoming. On top of that, we led an extensive ground pollution clean-up to make the project more sustainable.

Project Details

Westfield Shops at Mission Valley was a wood framed and stucco building. The project had masonry trim throughout and extensive stone work. Exterior metal trellises surrounded the building and all the related site work was completed. The building was built-out to a warm shell condition. A unique feature of this project was the extensive ground pollution clean-up that occurred.
