This project was an extensive renovation of three office buildings, transforming them into an Academy. The 50-year-old buildings had many problems, including cracked slabs, failing foundations, and inadequate framing. The site was renovated with new ADA pathways, parking, sidewalks, and storm drain systems.

The buildings were approximately 50 years old and had many problems, including cracked slabs, failing foundations and inadequate framing. The site was also renovated with new ADA pathways, parking, sidewalks and storm drain systems.
