For Specialty Textiles, we renovated the building and made it the perfect space for their linen rental services. The project included concrete footings and an industrial pad for the commercial washers and dryers, a new electrical system, and a wheelchair ramp for ADA accessibility.

Specialty Textiles is “a company offering an alternative oriented linen rental service for the growing hospitality industry.” Bycor did a renovation of the building and made it the perfect space for linen rental. Concrete footings and an industrial pad were added for the commercial washers and dryers. A new electrical system was installed and a wheelchair ramp was added to make the building more ADA accessible.
