Shops at La Jolla
We did a major renovation to this popular shopping center, adding one single-story masonry building and two single-story wood frame buildings–all totalling 44,000 SF (we also demolished 38,000 SF of residential and retail space) The scope also required extensive underground utility work and reconfiguring the parking lot while the shopping center remained open.
Project Details
The Shops at La Jolla Village project is a major renovation of a busy shopping center. Bycor is adding one single-story masonry building and two single-story wood frame buildings, at a total of 44,000 SF. We are also demolishing 38,000 SF of residential and retail space. This project requires extensive underground utility work and reconfiguring the parking lot. The shopping center will remain open during construction.
