Working with Seismic, we made major upgrades to their 20,000 SF space with reimagined open deck conditions and a smarter, more modernized furniture layout. We also coordinated all of the client vendors for low voltage, audio visual, security, furniture, beverage and coffee services to create a one-of-a-kind office experience.

Project Details
Seismic was a nearly 20,000 ft. space in an occupied building. The open to deck conditions that meandered throughout the space, had to be coordinated with the dense furniture plan. Nearly 50% of the project was completed in the last 30% of the entire schedule, which included Bycor coordinating all of the clients vendors for low voltage, audio visual, security, furniture, beverage and coffee services.
