Seacrest Village
Seacrest Village is a 45,000 SF assisted living facility with 34 one- and two-bedroom units. We upgrade all finishes to meet the needs of their clientele, plus we added a lush garden landscape with beautiful features and outdoor seating. We also built their two-story, 25,000 SF wellness center–which included a pool and workout area plus an entire floor dedicated to special events, movies, and religious ceremonies.
Project Details
Seacrest Village offers independent living in coastal Encinitas. At the Seacrest Village you’ll find a vibrant retirement community with a focus on healthy senior living and personal choice. This assisted living facility is 45,000 SF consisting of 34 one-and-two-bedroom units. All finishes were upgraded to address the needs of the Seacrest clientele, including lush landscapes and a garden setting with a fountain, outdoor fireplace and seating areas.
In addition to the living space offered at Seacrest Village, Bycor built their two-story, 25,000 SF wellness center. This center was equipped with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, exercise rooms, saunas and a full spa. The second floor of the Wellness Center is a large auditorium that can be transformed for special events, movies and religious ceremonies. All of the work was done on a occupied site. The project was phased and we did not receive any complaints from the residents
