San Marcos Civic Center
Located in the heart of San Marcos, this vibrant hub has a Ryan Brothers Coffee, L.A. Fitness, and FedEx Office–all brought together to create a unique shopping and dining aesthetic for the area. This was the first of three buildings totaling 17,000 SF (with surrounding site work), offering a place for the community to eat, gather, and enhance their wellness.

The San Marcos Civic Center Plaza is located in the heart of San Marcos. The center has a L.A. Fitness, FedEx Office and Ryan Brothers Coffee. This was the first of three buildings totaling 17,000 SF. The scope also included the surrounding site work.
