NextMed Copley Surgery Center
The scope of this project was a conversion of a 40,000 SF office building into a state-of-the-art, multi-discipline medical office building. The build out included the construction of a first floor surgical suite of 15,000 SF including five operating rooms, pre- and post-op space, exam rooms and recovery bays. In the end, this transformation makes this a premier destination for surgery in San Diego.
Project Details
The scope of this project was a conversion of a 40,000 SF office building into a state of the art multi discipline medical office building. The 40,000 SF build out included the construction of a first floor surgical suite of 15,000 SF including five operating rooms, Pre and Post Opp space, along with exam rooms and recovery bays. The second floor build out included the dental implant and orthopedic suites with imaging center, the third floor consisting of the orthopedic medical office and exam rooms.
