Mt Miguel Covenant Village
Working with Mount Miguel Covenant Village, we built a 35,336 SF type 5, two story, wood framed town center to be the hub for their community. The project included a commercial kitchen, dining rooms, library, bistro and gymnasium–as well as parking lots, new enclosures, and a swimming pool.

Mount Miguel Covenant Village sits on 28 scenic acres overlooking Sweetwater Lake. Mount Miguel is a haven for nature lovers with near perfect weather to enjoy abundant amenities year round. Bycor built a 35,336 SF type 5, two story, wood framed town center building. The project included a commercial kitchen, dining rooms, library, bistro and gymnasium. The site work on this project was extensive. The scope included new parking lots, trash enclosures, retention basins, circular driveway and a guard shack. A swimming pool and a $1,000,000 utility relocation were also a part of the site work scope.
