Monarch School
Located near San Diego’s famous Gaslamp Quarter, The Monarch School is a 50,000 SF K-12 public school. The scope of this project included major structural upgrades for the existing exterior tilt panels and the addition of a new mezzanine. We also installed a new elevator, heating & air conditioning system, new electrical system, plumbing, and fire sprinklers.

Located near San Diego’s famous Gaslamp Quarter, The Monarch School is a 50,000 SF K-12 public school. It is comprised of over 30 classrooms, 20 administrative offices, 12 multipurpose rooms, a large library and an ADA compliant commercial kitchen. This school has gone green and is LEED certified. The scope of this project included major structural upgrades of existing exterior tilt panels and the addition of a new mezzanine. Bycor installed a new elevator, heating and air conditioning system, new electrical system, plumbing and fire sprinklers.
