Marsh & McLennan
Marsh & McLennan was a high-end 83,055 SF tenant improvement over four floors in an occupied space. On the first floor, we upgraded that café with banquette seating, high-end fixtures and appliances, and installed a NanaWall. For the other floors, we enhanced their workspace with open ceilings, comfortable cubicles, pendant fixtures, and modernized elevators.
Project Details
Marsh & McLennan was a high-end 83,055 sf tenant improvement over four floors in an occupied space. The 1st floor is a café with banquette seating, high end fixtures and appliances. A Nanawall was also installed in the café.
The other floors were open areas with open ceilings, cubicles, offices with dirt storefront and a all glass conference rooms with wood slat ceiling. The elevator lobbies were modernized with brick wall, pendant fixture and an I-beam recessed in wall.
