Longboard Pharma

Longboard Pharma recently received approval for clinical trials on their epilepsy treatment, prompting the need for a rapid expansion of their workforce. To keep their team operational during this critical period, we executed a full build-out while the floor remained fully occupied. Our phased approach began with constructing banks of offices within their original suite, carefully sectioning off our work area with visqueen to minimize disruption. Once Phase 1 was complete, we expanded into the two adjacent suites, providing additional offices, huddle rooms, and conference spaces to support their growing team.
