Past meets present with Liberty Station, a transformed naval center that now combines the best in food, retail, and entertainment. Along with a well-rounded lifestyle environment, we made Liberty Station an office destination with versatile work spaces, “flex-tech” R&D uses, and LEED certification for all the office buildings.
Project Details
Liberty Station offers tenants a wide array of area amenities from restaurants to retail and entertainment. The complimentary blend of various amenity types has created a unique and well-rounded environment and is what makes Liberty Station a true lifestyle location.
This design includes one three-story and six two-story office buildings ranging in size from 37,600 SF to 114,600 SF each. Building uses vary between multi-tenant and dual-tenant offices, corporate headquarters and “flex-tech” R&D uses. All of the office buildings were designed to be LEED compliant.
