Project Details

We successfully completed the construction of a modern medical clinic, utilizing approximately 18,000 square feet of space. The project featured the installation of two new electrical services to support advanced medical operations and an entirely new fire sprinkler system to enhance safety. A 25,000-square-foot parking lot overlay was completed to improve accessibility and accommodate increased patient capacity. Additionally, heavy structural upgrades were implemented to reinforce the building’s integrity and longevity.
