Knead Cafe

The café sits off the lobby and next to the newly refurbished Symphony Hall. Knead serves not only the 750B office spaces, they also cater to the surrounding community and the Symphony Hall events. The knead build consisted of new baking/kitchen equipment at the back of house kitchen staff area and the restaurant itself. New epoxy and tile floor finishes were provided at the kitchen/dining area. Custom stone tops and millwork were built in at the POS and serving stations as well.
