Clocking in at 182,629 SF over six campus buildings, our work included sweeping roofs, large bay windows, a quilt pattern of corrugated metal cladding, and a forest of wing-shaped shade cloth awnings. This environmentally friendly project is certified LEED Gold.
Project Details
The High Tech High Chula Vista campus in Chula Vista is one of the many High Tech High campuses Bycor has built. It is a 182,629 SF, six-building school campus. The project sits on 12.5 acres and serves over 400 students. This facility is equipped with sweeping roofs, a quilt pattern of corrugated metal cladding, a forest of wing-shaped shade cloth awnings and is enlivened by super scale bay windows that form reading nooks within the classrooms. This environmentally friendly school has gone green and is LEED Gold.
