We transformed eleven separate lab spaces, fitting them out for deionized water systems, nitrogen, clean dry air systems, exhaust fans and hoods. We also added new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to create a smarter, more efficient lab experience.

The scope of this project consisted of eleven separate lab spaces. Each lab was plumbed for Deionized Water Systems, Nitrogen, Clean Dry Air Systems, Exhaust Fans and Hoods. New HVAC, plumbing and electrical were also part of the scope.
