EF Pasadena

Project Details

Education First is a 250,000 SF school campus that sits on 17 acres. Eight buildings were demolished, four new buildings totaling 124,877 SF were constructed and four structural steel and concrete buildings totaling 120,000 SF were renovated. A recreational pool, soccer field, volleyball and tennis courts and nearly 300 dorm rooms were a part of the scope. A full cafeteria and dinning hall were built to accommodate the facility and students.
