Education First
Education First is a 185,000 SF school and dormitory that sits on 6.35 acres. Bycor completed a full renovation of an existing ten-story structural steel and concrete building with new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. For the bottom three floors, we created new classrooms and lounge areas, while the fourth through tenth floors we updated the dormitories.

This project is a full renovation of an existing ten-story structural steel and concrete building.The scope included extensive site work. The bottom three floors are created as classrooms while the fourth through tenth floors are dormitories. Bycor is putting in all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
