Del Mar Highlands Town Center
We gave Scripps Windmill Plaza a major renovation to their shopping experience. The project area was three acres and consisted of refacing the entire center, as well as building underground utilities. There were ADA upgrades throughout, and we also updated the parking lot, lighting, exterior paint, and landscaping.

Project Details
Del Mar Highlands Shopping Center is located just east of Interstate 5. The scope of work on this project included a 24,000 SF addition to the exisiting center. The shopping center remained open throughout the course of construction.
