We gave the Centre for Healthcare a total facelift, renovating the entire building with a seismic retrofit and a state-of-the-art exterior facade including a new lobby, restrooms, elevators and 77,710 SF of tenant space. On top of this, we installed a shell condition VRV heat recovery system, did a complete remodel of the electrical system, and built a new storm drain system surrounding the footprint of the building.

Project Details

The Centre for Healthcare project consisted of a complete renovation to the entire building. Bycor completed a seismic retrofit of the existing shell with a state of the art exterior facade including a new lobby, restrooms, elevators and 77,710 SF of tenant space. We installed a shell condition VRV heat recovery system and did a complete remodel of the electrical system. Also, a new storm drain system surrounding the footprint of the building was installed.
