Cardiff Towne Center is a community hub in downtown Cardiff by the Sea, with 51,000 SF of retail stores, restaurants, and offices. We did an extensive renovation of the two-story retail center, including a new facade and build-out of additional retail space–all of which was completed while the shopping center remained occupied.

Bycor did an extensive renovation of the two-story retail center including a new facade and build-out of additional retail space. The project was completed in an occupied shopping center.
