California Bank & Trust
For the California Bank and Trust in Carlsbad, we did a high-end improvement with a single-story building that included perimeter offices, a teller line, and modern bank equipment. We equipped the interior with premium finishes–like rich wood columns, millwork, and stone tile flooring–while the exterior was highlighted by a red roof with raised cornices and window pop-outs with custom tile.
Project Details
The Carlsbad branch is one of the many projects Bycor has constructed for California Bank and Trust. This high-end tenant improvement was a single-story bank building which included perimeter offices, a teller line and typical bank equipment. The building was made of structural steel and wood framing with open beam trusses at the roof. The interior was equipped with high-end finishes with a special emphasis on the rich wood columns, millwork and stone tile flooring. The exterior has a Tuscan style highlighted by a red roof with raised cornices at the eaves and pop-outs at the windows which were framed with tile.
