This project continues our special relationship with BKM, working closely with their team to improve and enhance a 5,000 SF tenant building in downtown San Diego. The scope included a new showroom, kitchen, and restrooms, all crafted with high-end finishes throughout.

BKM was a 5,000 square foot tenant improvement in a downtown high rise. BKM is a furniture solution provider that we have worked with on many projects over the years. The finishes throughout were high end and very eclectic. The scop included a new show room, kitchen, restrooms and new finishes throughout.
