Spanning 106,234 SF on 6.5 floors, we did a full demolition of their old space and built-out the office with all-new features that included carpet, paint, and furniture throughout. The scope also included bulletproof glass in the lobby, millwork throughout, updated lighting fixtures, and making the office Title 24 compliant.
Project Details
The California Attorney General’s office spans 106,234 square feet on 6.5 floors. The project included demolition of the existing space and a complete build-out of the new space. It also included carpet, paint and furniture moving in nine phases per floor. The scope also included, bullet proof glass in the lobby, millwork throughout and updated lighting fixtures. Bycor also built new IDF rooms and made the office Title 24 compliant.
