Project Details
The project included a full remodel of the ground floor and basement lobby, along with new storefront entries for first-floor tenant suites. Glazing was reworked in coordination with a second-floor tenant, and finishes were updated in elevators that remained in use during construction. Lessons-learned–driven plan revisions supported efficient bidding, and the project was completed on time and on budget, establishing a standard for future owner projects.
