Albert Einstein Academy
We did a full renovation of their 38,000 SF, four-story building. The scope included: making their first-floor space ADA compliant; installing all-new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; retrofitting the windows to conserve energy and reduce their environmental footprint.
Project Details
Albert Einstein Academy is a 38,000 SF building that sits on one and a half acres. This project was a full renovation of an existing four-story structural steel and concrete building as well as extensive site work. The first floor was created with an athletic feel and the building is now ADA compliant. Bycor installed all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. This school went green and all of the windows had new glazing and were retrofitted to conserve energy.
