Project Details

Construction included four new buildings utilizing a range of structural systems, including conventional framing, subterranean masonry with panelized roofing, and masonry structures with steel pan decks. The project replaced more than 35,000 square feet of asphalt with brick pavers and custom concrete finishes. Specialized facilities include an advanced research building with motion-capture and robotic test bays, a leadership building with a custom club build shop and cafeteria, and a maintenance facility with mechanic bays, wash rack, and fertilizer-mixing area.
