In partnership with Acushnet, Bycor led the renovation and construction efforts at the world-renowned Titleist Performance Institute. This project was designed to elevate TPI’s cutting-edge training and research environment, enhancing the performance infrastructure used by elite golfers and professionals. Bycor’s work ensured seamless integration of state-of-the-art technology and refined architectural elements to support TPI’s commitment to innovation and excellence in golf performance.

Project Details
Project consisted of four ground up buildings on the perimeter of a 30 acre golf test facility. Buildings varied from conventional framed walls and roof, subterranean masonry with panelized roofing and masonry buildings with steel pan deck. Extensive site work throughout with custom concrete finishes, removal of 35,000sq/ft of asphalt and replacement with brick pavers. The advanced research facility contains two motion capture golf bays, two robotic test bays and a full-length MLB pitching and hitting Bay for advanced biometrics. The leadership building contains a full build shop for customized golf clubs, conference room and cafeteria area. Maintenance and storage facility includes 12 roll up door mechanic bays, equipment wash rack with recycled water filtration, and fertilizer mixing area.
