For this specialized senior community, we constructed a 25,000 SF assisted living facility to accommodate 60 individuals in private and semi-private rooms. We equipped the space with a commercial kitchen, themed rooms, dining rooms and a large centralized activity center. Over the years, we’ve managed nine specialized ActivCare projects.

ActivCare at 4S Ranch is a specialized senior living community that serves the changing needs of those with memory loss by offering a continuum of living options. The 25,000 SF assisted living facility was constructed to accommodate 60 patients by offering private and semi-private rooms. This facility is equipped with a commercial kitchen, uniquely themed rooms, private dining rooms and a large centralized activity center to keep the patients engaged. ActivCare 4S Ranch is one of the nine specialized ActivCare senior living communities Bycor built. Bycor has provided preconstruction and construction management services on all nine Activcare projects.
