This project involved an extensive renovation of amenity and common spaces, along with tenant improvements on the 12th and 13th floors. The redesigned areas create a welcoming, modern environment that enhances the experience for all tenants while supporting both indoor and outdoor use.
Project Details
The project included a full renovation of interior amenity spaces and common areas, as well as targeted tenant improvements on upper floors. Exterior work expanded usable space and strengthened the connection between indoor amenities and outdoor gathering areas. Outdoor improvements featured a café with seating and lounge areas, a CMU and steel shade structure, and new paver installations. Interior amenities include a fully equipped fitness center with gym facilities, locker rooms, and showers designed to support tenant wellness.
