This award-winning high-end tenant improvement consisted of 80% open ceilings and sound baffles throughout. The project improved upon their largely open concept space with five remodeled huddle rooms and a nine-wood suspended ceiling in the kitchen. Additionally, a raised maple platform was built in the kitchen and suspended lighting was installed over the platform.

This project was an award winning high end tenant improvement. The space consisted of 80% open ceilings and sound baffles throughout. The largely open concept space has five huddle rooms with a 9 Wood suspended ceiling in the kitchen. A raised maple platform was built in the kitchen and suspended lighting was installed over the platform. Five huddle rooms were constructed for the team to use.
