Kinnate Biopharma

This project was an award winning high end tenant improvement. The space consisted of 80% open ceilings and sound baffles throughout. The largely open concept space has five huddle rooms with a 9 Wood suspended ceiling in the kitchen. A raised maple platform was built in the kitchen and suspended lighting was installed over the platform. Five huddle rooms were constructed for the team to use.
