Cal State San Marcos Dining Hall

Cal State San Marcos Dining Hall – This project was a 7,778 SF café for Cal State San Marcos. The scope included a full kitchen with a walk in freezer and refrigerator. A separate dishwashing room with a dish conveying belt was installed. Also included were four separate grilling and cooking stations and a built in pizza oven. A new patio was also installed.
