Specialty Textiles

Specialty Textiles is “a company offering an alternative oriented linen rental service for the growing hospitality industry.” Bycor did a renovation of the building and made it the perfect space for linen rental. Concrete footings and an industrial pad were added for the commercial washers and dryers. A new electrical system was installed and a wheelchair ramp was added to make the building more ADA accessible.
