Responsible for maintaining all accounting for projects and staying within budgets. Review and process all incoming invoices from subcontractors and suppliers, review contracts for projects, prepare monthly invoices for clients based on work performed for each month, process and add all change orders to budgets and invoices, follow up on outstanding receivables. Must have at least 3 years construction accounting experience and strong knowledge of Excel. Experience using Timberline software preferred.
