This was a 16,000 SF Class A tenant improvement project. The remodel consisted of framing, drywall, paint, flooring, ceilings, millwork, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical system installations. Sustainable building practices are very important to the Kashi team so whenever possible, we used recycled materials. The wood paneling in the lobby was recycled barn wood from the late 1800s.
